So You Want To Tan?

So, it's the winter, your tan you had worked to hard for this summer has faded away.

There is a way to stay tan all year around, indoor tanning.

Indoor tanning beds despite their risk of skin cancer , have outweighed their cons.

Look into your tanning
When looking into tanning, it is always good to ask around.

Turbo Beds
Personally I prefer turbo beds which usually cost a little more then 20 mintute beds. (20 minutes beds are most common) and there are also 10 minute beds as well. generally turbo beds are 15 minutes long and provide optimum tanning results and are built with fans and facial tanners.

UV Free Tanners
If you don't like to lie down they also have stand up beds as well, and if you simply want a uv free tan most slons offer spray on tanning.

Lotions
After you find the right tanning salon it is important to purchase a lotion which moisturizes the skin and accelerates your tan and goggles. Most of the time when purchasing new lotion i ask the employees which they prefer and also they will help explain the different types of lotions and etc.

also for first time tanners it is important to ask the employee how many minutes they suggest to start out which is gauged by your skin tone and ability to tan after that you are all set to enjoy this relaxing experience ..enjoy!

Abercrombie & Fitch ads

A Short brief opinion on Abercrombie & Fitch ads,

I have found that many people find Abercrombie & Fitch ads controversial due to their sex appeal ,yet i find them as nothing more than art and an enticing way to sell a product. some regard these ads as pornographic but lets face it these ads are simply to expensive and classy.

Moss Returns Home

So after 72 hours of being in the free agency in the NFL, Wide Reciever, Randy Moss (81) for the New England Patriots finally signed a 3 season deal.

Randy Moss is the comeback kid every fan wants on their team
He had an amazing 2007 season with the New England Patroits 98 Receptions, 1,493 yards, and 23 touchdowns.

Whether this guy is on your fantasy team or on your team team, he keeps you smiling.

I would of hated to see Randy go, it seems like New England is his home.
He had some great seasons at Minnesota, but after that it went downhill.

When he signed a 1 year contract for the New England Patriots, I knew he would have his comeback season.

The only reason people might have discouraged Randy Moss at New England, was later in the 2007 season when he wasn't seeing much action.
In actuality, Moss was getting just as much action, when you have teams double covering you, because their scared of the deep ball, it opens up all your other recievers.
Like Wes Welker, Donte Stallworth, and Jabar Gaffney.

The Ultimate Online Guide to Call of Duty 4 (CoD4)

call-of-duty-4.jpg

So, your thinking of stepping your duty calls killing skills up to the next level? There is no better place to begin this wonderful journey than online. Doesn't matter what your system is these days, unless you're using a PC. Which isn't much of a bad thing, it just lets those gaming gurus use their hacking skills to improve their aiming skills.

Heres a few tips to get you going

  • Find what gun and perks fit you best.

    • Notice that all the guns have ratings for the them.

    • I highly recomend the Red Dot Scope over the ACOG

    • G3 (rank 25) w/ the silencer (so you don't show up on enemy radar.

    • Desert Eagle (must have)

    • Extreme Conditioning

    • UAV Jammer (only w/ Search and Destroy)

    • Claymore

    • *note these are my settings for Hardcore Search and Destroy only

    • you have to adjust your settings to the game type

  • Learn the Maps

    • The best advantage you can stucod44.gifhave with online play is knowing the maps.

    • Know the sniping spots

    • Know where people like to hide

    • Know where to place claymore's

  • Use the Radar

    • The Radar can tell you when someone fires without a Silencer

    • It will show anybody who isn't using a UAV Jammer

    • The Radar can be your best weapon especially
when you or a teamate uses a 3 kill streak UAV

  • Some General Ideas

    • After killing someone stay on the move, unless your using a single shooter with a silencer. Enemies can see your muffle flash, direction of the bullets, and they can pick you up on their radar.

    • Last stand perk can get you the extra kill and it will double the points.

    • If you approach an enemy that has their back turned, a good way to stay stealth is to use your knife.

Call of Duty 4 Playlist

Here some things that should be worth a glance for any starting to play online:

List of Playlist on COD4 :

  • CoD4 is a militarist game and your skills is predicted by your rank, so go rank up! (Best way is Search and Destroy, 50 points a kill!)

  • CoD4 has many different game playlists

    • Team Deathmatch - The vanilla of FPS (First Person Shooters)

    • Free-for-all - Every man to themselves, sorry Ladies too!

    • Domination - Basically a territory gamer varient, where there is 3 territories.

    • Ground War - Thats going to be your Big Team Battles, you know

    • Sabotage - Something to do with the bomb, no one really plays that

    • Headquaters - Make sure you have your Extreme Conditioning on (Perk 3) , this is a race to capture the headquaters.

    • Search and Destroy - If you've ever played Counter-Strike, this is planting the bomb at the enemies base.

    • Team Tactical - Don't play this one, and don't ask why.

    • Hard Team Deathmatch - Same thing as Team Deathmatch, but the Damage is a lot higher and the HUD's are limited, you can't see your reticual, ammo, or UAV (unless you get the 3 kill streak). Most importantly, there is freindly fire on, so get the RPG and knock yourselves out.

    • Hardcore Search and Destroy - Mix of Hardcore Team Deathmatch and Search and Destory.

    • Old School - High jumps (Which is only beneficial if you play Old school), weapons are pick ups (Don't get to pick your guns), and increased health.

    • Cage Match - Your 1v1 of COD4!

Call of Duty 4 Ranking System

Here is the Ranking System for Call of Duty 4

*Remember after level 55 you can use Prestige mode, it will set you numbered rank back and give you a different rank symbol. Most importantly you lose all of your challenges and start over from scratch, the only thing you won't lose is your playlist. Good Luck

Call Of Duty Hardcore Search and Destroy Tips

Hardcore Search and Destroy is the most advanced game type on Call of Duty 4 in my opinion. Your either the Bomber or the Bombee, personally I like to be the bomber.

Now there are several roles you can play on this game type:

  • Adam the Ambusher w/ the P90 - This guy likes to be the deciding factor of victory, he always has Extreme Conditioning on. The best defense to this guy is of course Claymore.

  • Marty the Slow Mover w/ the M16 - This is my style M16 or G3 (w/ silencer), getting kills is like cutting butter. Of course it has its downfalls like anyother thing, that Adam guy is a pain.

  • Nelson the Noob Tuber w/ the Noob Tube - Noob tubing, or grenade launching, is pretty popular in Search and Destroy. This is also a good way to rack up 3 kills in 4 seconds into the game. The major downfall to this style is you have the standard scope (which is standard for a reason).

  • Porter the Prone Sniper w/ the Gold Dragunov - Porter dreams about sniping, he has in his room posters of sniper rifles. He has used his Dragunov so much he told everyone there is a golden one out there. The most important part of this guy is that the only way to can get him out of prone position is to throw grenades at him. Defuse the bomb???? BOMBS DEFUSE THEMSELVES!

  • Timmy the Team Killer w/ the RPG - I think everyone hates being on the same team as this tool.

Search and Destroy is the best game type because when you die you don't respond until the next round. You have to be careful of not dieing, but you don't want to stay back too much and be the only left on your team.

The Best Break-up Line

We have all heard it, "It's not you, It's me"

You may have heard this break-up line on Seinfeld when a girl breaks up with George

-George claims that he invented that line.

Anyways, if that line ever comes at you just remember that they are breaking-up with you in the nicest way.

Tips to better weight loss success

"USA Obesity Rates Reach Epidemic Proportions"

  • "58 Million Overweight; 40 Million Obese; 3 Million morbidly Obese"

Weight Loss

Are you trying to lose that excess weight?

A. Yes, but it never seems to work!

Are you actually serious about weight loss? Or are you going to try it out and and not be serious about it?

-Losing weight is not something that will just happen, all the weight you've been putting on for years is not just going to disappear. Weight lose is not an over night project, you have to want to lose weight and you're going to have to change your lifestyle.
Everybody knows that feeling after a workout, you feel so energetic, you feel the best you've felt all day.

Routine workouts also help you manage stress.

Step 1 - Don't waste your money

-Slim Fast, Fast Answers, and Weight Watchers - Of course they work, but we are looking for the fastest way of losing weight

- These products are strickly nutrition, nutrition does not burn calories. The fastest way is going to be having a routine workout.

-So sign up for a gym the cost are reasonable, especially if you are going to school they should give you a great deal. Gyms are also a great way to make this exciting, it is something new and a great way to get into a routine of working out.

Step 2 - Know the Definition of weight loss

- The definition your going to remember for working out is - Burning more Calories than you are taking in each day. (Makes since doesn't it)

- The more calories you burn per intaking the faster results you will see.

Step 2 - Making the Time

-Get your calender or scheduler out, and see how much free time you have each day.

- All you need is 30 minutes to 1 hour a day (Couple days off won't kill you, but you are serious about this new lifestyle, Those Couple days off will come back and bite you in the butt.)

Step 3 - Choosing the workout

-My workout is the first thing I do when I wake up, and I do not eat until after the workout, this way I am not working out to burn the calories I just ate. (Trust me it sounds like "ugh, I can't workout with no food in me", but it is not as bad as it sounds, it actually makes you feel great the rest of the day)

- Running, Yoga Workouts, Group Fitness, and Swimming - These are just some ideas, find something that excites you something you might have enjoyed in the past or always wanted to try it.

Step 4 - Make Goals and Don't Break Them

- Make a goal higher than what you think you can accomplish.

-Make that goal your motto, and repeat it when your workout seems to get tough.

- This goal is your fuel, this goal is the reason your reading this, so make a goal right now and don't break it.

And remember be paitence is a virtue, there are other ways to lose weight besides working out, nutrition is a vital step, and so is rest, but you should conquer one at a time.

Good Luck
