Weight Loss
Are you trying to lose that excess weight?
A. Yes, but it never seems to work!
Are you actually serious about weight loss? Or are you going to try it out and and not be serious about it?
-Losing weight is not something that will just happen, all the weight you've been putting on for years is not just going to disappear. Weight lose is not an over night project, you have to want to lose weight and you're going to have to change your lifestyle.
Everybody knows that feeling after a workout, you feel so energetic, you feel the best you've felt all day.
Routine workouts also help you manage stress.
Step 1 - Don't waste your money
-Slim Fast, Fast Answers, and Weight Watchers - Of course they work, but we are looking for the fastest way of losing weight
- These products are strickly nutrition, nutrition does not burn calories. The fastest way is going to be having a routine workout.
-So sign up for a gym the cost are reasonable, especially if you are going to school they should give you a great deal. Gyms are also a great way to make this exciting, it is something new and a great way to get into a routine of working out.
Step 2 - Know the Definition of weight loss
- The definition your going to remember for working out is - Burning more Calories than you are taking in each day. (Makes since doesn't it)
- The more calories you burn per intaking the faster results you will see.
Step 2 - Making the Time
-Get your calender or scheduler out, and see how much free time you have each day.
- All you need is 30 minutes to 1 hour a day (Couple days off won't kill you, but you are serious about this new lifestyle, Those Couple days off will come back and bite you in the butt.)
Step 3 - Choosing the workout
-My workout is the first thing I do when I wake up, and I do not eat until after the workout, this way I am not working out to burn the calories I just ate. (Trust me it sounds like "ugh, I can't workout with no food in me", but it is not as bad as it sounds, it actually makes you feel great the rest of the day)
- Running, Yoga Workouts, Group Fitness, and Swimming - These are just some ideas, find something that excites you something you might have enjoyed in the past or always wanted to try it.
Step 4 - Make Goals and Don't Break Them
- Make a goal higher than what you think you can accomplish.
-Make that goal your motto, and repeat it when your workout seems to get tough.
- This goal is your fuel, this goal is the reason your reading this, so make a goal right now and don't break it.
And remember be paitence is a virtue, there are other ways to lose weight besides working out, nutrition is a vital step, and so is rest, but you should conquer one at a time.
Good Luck
